Negotiations between Gaddafi loyalists and Libyan fighters have failed in a town they believe could be sheltering their former leader.<br /><br />Fighters are now holding a few kilometres outside of Bani Walid, waiting to begin their assault.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports.
