The Russian president has called for changes to the country's airline industry as he visited the plane crash site where 43 people were killed on Wednesday.<br /><br />Dmitry Medvedev laid a wreath in memory of those killed in the crash.<br /><br />The plane came down near Yaroslavl, northeast of Moscow, shortly after takeoff.<br /><br />More than 30 of those killed were players and coaches from one of the country's top ice hockey clubs.<br /><br />Barnaby Phillips reports.
