There is growing concern for the well-being of a jailed Egyptian blogger who has been on hunger strike for more than 40 days.<br /><br />Mikael Nabil was sentenced in April to three years in prison for insulting the military. But continuing legal proceedings have now been adjourned until further notice.<br /><br />Nabil previously said he would refuse water if he was not released on Tuesday, and supporters fear his continuing detention amounts to a "death sentence".<br /><br />Rawya Rageh reports from Cairo.
