Syria's president Bashar al-Assad has met a delegation of Arab government ministers in Damascus.<br /><br />The Arab League has been urging him to open dialogue with the opposition after human rights groups said at least 24 people were killed across the country on Wednesday. <br /><br />Al Jazeeera's Rula Amin reports from Beirut.
