More than 20cm of snow has fallen on the Afghan capital, Kabul, making life for refugees who are already living in extreme conditions even worse.<br /><br />Those living in camps, who have fled violence in the south of the country, are pleading for government assistance to save them from the cold.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Bernard Smith reports from Kabul.
