The war in Afghanistan brought many foreigners to the country - through aid agencies and NGOs.. <br /><br />The influx pushed up property prices in the capital, but now, the bubble has burst.<br /><br />A series of high-profile attacks in the city, announcements of troop drawdowns and a smaller amount of international aid money have caused some house prices to fall by as much as 40 per cent. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Jennifer Glasse reports from Kabul.
