The European Union has extended it's anti-piracy operation off the coast of Somalia, authorising its forces to strike pirate bases on land. <br /><br />The EU says the new rules will allow its military to fire on arms dumps, bases and ships that arent at sea. <br /><br />Tania Page reports.
