After their final inspection, the IOC has backed London to deliver an 'outstanding' Olympic Games.<br /><br />IOC official Denis Oswald says there are only small details left to finish before the world's attention is on England's capital city. <br /><br />However, although the venues are ready there has been criticism levelled at the money spent, ticket allocation and legacy promises that are yet to be fulfilled.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Lee Wellings reports.
