The fighting in the Democratic Republic of Congo has displaced hundreds of thousands people, something the UN's refugee agency has described as a disaster.<br /><br />The fighting between DRC troops and rebel soldiers has been most intense in the hills of North Kivu region.<br /><br />Many of the refugees have headed to neighbouring Rwanda.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nazanine Moshiri reports from Goma in the eastern DRC, on the border with Rwanda.
