In a rare and controversial visit to south Lebanon where he received a hero's welcome, Iran's president praised the people's resistance to Israel.<br /><br />Speaking just a few hundred meters from Israel's border, Ahmedinejad told Hezbollah, the Lebanese group that fought two wars with Israel, that "the people of Iran will support you forever." <br /><br />But some Lebanese officials considered Ahmedinejad's visit a sign that Iran is interfering in the country's affairs to pursue its own agenda.<br /><br />Zeina Khodr reports from south Lebanon.<br /><br />[October 15, 2010]
