The Egyptian army has deployed several tanks and troops to Cairo's Tahrir Square.<br /><br />A number of scuffles have broken out but although the situation remains tense, it has calmed down since the beginning of the clearance exercise.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sherine Tadros reports from Tahrir Square.
