Rebel fighters in the western Libyan town of Zlitan said they were taken by surprise when Gaddafi forces launched an offensive early on Tuesday morning.<br /><br />At least seven rebels were killed, and 50 wounded, in the raid, which sparked a counter-offensive.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Hoda Abdel-Hamid reports from outside the hospital in Misrata where the opposition fighters were being treated.
