Syrian security forces are reportedly continuing their assault on the city of Hama for a fourth consecutive day, as anti-government protests continue across the country.<br /><br />Hama residents say army tanks are occupying Orontes square in the city centre and security forces are accused of killing more than 100 people since Sunday.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Gerald Tan has the latest.
