Stage collapses in Indiana killing four<br /><br />Four people have been killed and at least forty people injured in the United States after an outdoor stage collapsed at a state fair in Indiana.<br /><br />The accident happened in high winds moments before a popular country music band was due to play.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rosie Garthwaite reports.
