Thailand urged to stamp out human trafficking

Thailand is being urged to do more to stop human trafficking where workers are bought, sold and killed if they resist oppression.<br /><br />United Nations envoy Joy Ezeilo says widespread corruption and inadequate law enforcement make it easier for traffickers to exploit the poor and needy.<br /><br />They come to Thailand with the help of an agent who pays for things like transport and bribes to police and son find themselves in a world of debt.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Wayne Hay reports from Samut Sakhon, Thailand.
