Nearly half of all in the United Kingdom could be obese in fewer than twenty years.<br /><br />That is the worst-case scenario presented in a new report commissioned by the British government.<br /><br />The report says the number of obese Britons could reach 26 million by 2030. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports.
