Many European countries are turning their clocks back one hour this weekend for the northern hemisphere winter.<br /><br />But Russia has decided to stay on summer time this year - a decision made by President Dmitry Medvedev in a bid to solve some of the nation's problems.<br /><br />It is hoped that with the extra bit of daylight in the afternoon, there will be less crime and lower electricity bills.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Neave Barker reports from the capital, Moscow.
