Syrian activists say at least 200 people have been killed in Idlib province the last two days, making it one of the deadliest periods in the nine-month-old uprising.<br />Many of the dead were army defectors, killed in clashes with regular army troops, but activists dozens of civilians were also killed.<br />Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports from Hatay, on the Turkish-Syrian border.
