A twin car bombing in the Syrian capital has killed at least 44 people and injured more than 166 others, the Syrian authorities say.<br /><br />Anti-government activists allege that the government had a hand in the blasts, while authorities have blamed "al-Qaeda linked groups".<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Zeina Khodr reports from Hatay, on the Turkey-Syria border.
