The Israeli blockade of the Gaza Strip has meant that farmers have not been able to export most of their produce, starving them of a much needed economic lifeline.<br /><br />Palestinian farmers grow strawberries, peppers, tomatoes and flowers, but Israel's security blockade since 2007 has meant most produce won't find an external market.<br /><br />According to the terms of an agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority in 2005, about 400 trucks of fruit and vegetables should be exported from Gaza every day.<br /><br />But at the only crossing out of Gaza still operating for goods, the number of trucks making it out of the territory are much lower.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Rory Challands reports from Gaza Strip.
