Spain is stuck firmly in a recession for the second time in three years. <br /><br />Latest figures show the economy shrank in the first half of this year.<br /><br />There's speculation the European Central Bank is preparing new ways to help them out.<br /><br />Barnaby Phillips reports from Madrid.
