Republican presidential hopeful Mitt Romney arrives in Gdansk Poland Monday. He is welcomed by crowds of people ahead of meetings with Prime Minister Donald Tusk.<br/> <br />Gdansk was at the center of the anticommunist movement in Poland, which sparked democratic reforms in other parts of Europe.<br/> <br />One man says he hopes Romney will keep any promises he makes.<br/> <br />(SOUNDBITE) (Polish) TOURIST FROM WROCLAW, IRENEUSZ DOKURNO, SAYING:<br/> <br />"From my point of view the visit makes sense, but when it comes to promises… what can I say? I hope that it won't end in more promises, but will be followed by some action.
