The death toll from an outbreak of Ebola in villages in western Uganda has risen to at least 16.<br /><br />President Yoweri Museveni has also confirmed that the deadly virus has hit the capital city, Kampala. He has also issued a national warning urging people to avoid physical contact. <br /><br />The virus is highly contagious and there is currently no vaccine or treatment for the disease.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Malcolm Webb reports from Kampala.
