At least four people are killed and 10 others injured when a car bomb exploded in Pakistan's southwestern city of Quetta Sunday.<br/> <br />The car was parked in front of a house and later exploded.<br/> <br />No-one is claiming responsibility for the blast.<br/> <br />Quetta is the capital of Baluchistan province. Baluch militants have been waging a low-level insurgency for decades for more autonomy.<br/> <br />Islamist militants linked to al Qaeda and the Taliban are also active in the strategic region that borders Afghanistan and Iran.<br/> <br />Deborah Lutterbeck, Reuters
