Four members of a major Mexican drugs cartel have been arrested in central Madrid according to the Spanish interior ministry.<br /><br />The four include the cousin of Mexico's most wanted man, the head of the Sinaloa Cartel Joaquin 'Shorty' Guzman.<br /><br />All of them are wanted in the United States, suspected of drug trafficking and money laundering.<br />http://www.euronews.net/
