ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)<br/> <br />STORY: Two strong earthquakes struck villages in northwest Iran on Saturday, killing at least 87 people and injuring more than 400, Iranian media said.<br/> <br />Six villages near the city of Tabriz were completely destroyed and other neighboring cities were facing damages and power outages.<br/> <br />The U.S. Geological Survey measured the first quake at 6.4 magnitude and said it struck 37 miles northeast of the city of Tabriz.<br/> <br />A second quake measuring 6.3 struck 30 miles northeast of Tabriz 11 minutes later at a similar depth.<br/> <br />The second quake struck near the town of Varzgan, Fars news agency said.
