The Angled Out Bicep Curls challenge involves completing as many continuous curls as possible with dumbbells weighing a minimum of 10% bodyweight each. Therefore, if you weigh 70kgs, each dumbbell should weigh 7kgs each, if you weigh 100kgs the dumbbells must be 10kgs each - and so on. The exercise must be performed with excellent form, as per the video below, and safety is paramount. <br /><br />The challenge winner is the competitor who completes the most continuous curls without pausing more than 2 seconds.
