Stress Buster. Three in One Stress Busting Technique. <br /> <br />Three in One; Breathing, Light Exercise and Simple Psychology. <br /> <br />a) Sit down in a relaxed position. <br />b) Stretch your arms lightly in front of you. <br />c) Close your hands to form a light fist shape in front of you. <br />d) Bring your arms towards you breathing in through your nose. <br />e) Hold your arms in this position for half a second or so. <br />f) Start to move your arms back out opening your hands and breathing out through your mouth. <br />g) Repeat three to five times thinking as you breath out they you are PUSHING all your worries and fears away. <br />h) After rest your hands on your lap fro a few seconds and continue to relax.
