Spanish police say they have seized three tons of cocaine aboard a ship off the southwestern coast.<br /><br />The cargo is believed to have come from South America. The ship was intercepted 80 kilometres from the port of Cadiz.<br /><br />Twenty one crew members were detained along with another 10 people in Madrid.
