The German chancellor Angela Merkel is coming under criticism for not providing more leadership during the Eurozone financial crisis.<br /><br />Germany pays the lion's share of bailout money -- some 30% under European Union rules.<br /><br />But most people there seemed resigned to simply being Europe's paymaster.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nick Spicer reports from Berlin.
