South Sudan's president has accused Sudan of declaring war on his country. Salva Kiir is in Beijing looking for diplomatic and economic support from China.<br /><br />Talking to the Chinese president Hu Jintao, Kiir condemned Sudanese air raids on South Sudan's territory.
