The entire Cypriot cabinet has resigned over a munitions blast that destroyed the island's largest power plant and killed 13 people.<br /><br />But President Demetris Christofias says he won't be stepping down as he is answerable only to the people and not to the media.<br /><br />AJE also speaks to Dr. Bernard Casey, a research fellow at the Warwick Institute for Employment Research.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Alan Fisher reports.
