The United Nations says hundreds of Syrian children have been tortured and killed since anti-government protests began in March.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Nisreen El-Shamayleh met one family whose teenage boy went missing after attending a rally.<br /><br />The family has since fled across the border to al-Mafraq, in Jordan, where they are seeking justice for the brutal killing of their son.
