An image of a woman who appears to have been beaten and forced to have an abortion is causing outrage on <br />the internet in China.<br /><br />Feng Jiamei was allegedly targeted for being unable to pay a fine for having more than one child. <br /><br />Local authorities say Feng agreed to the abortion. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Steve Chao reports from Hong Kong.
