Egypt's Constitutional court dissolved parliament on Thursday. It said a third of successful candidates won illegitimately.<br /><br />The decision seemed to hand legislative power back to the military council SCAF, which has ruled the country since February last year.<br /><br />The military is meant to transfer power to the new president after this weekend's runoff.<br /> <br />But some are threatening to boycott the vote, as Rawya Rageh reports from Cairo.
