France's largest carmaker, Peugeot Citroen, has announced it is cutting 8,000 jobs. <br /><br />3,000 will go as a result of the closure of a car plant near Paris - the first to shut in France for 20 years. <br /><br />It's a blow for new President Francois Hollande's jobs and growth agenda, as Simon McGregor-Wood reports from Paris.
