They're leaving --- These UN observers, some of the last still in Syria, gathered at a Damascus hotel --- their final stop before heading out.<br/> <br />Many found themselves helpless spectators to the conflict that is being played out on the country's streets...and in the sky.<br/> <br />Smoke on Deraa's skyline in this video posted to a social media website served as further evidence of the failed ceasefire between government forces and rebels.<br/> <br />The monitors' mandate ended Sunday and the last of the group are expected to be out of the country by Friday.
