Syrian troops and vehicles are apparently sweeping through Khirbet Al Jouz, a village near the Turkish border. Witnesses say the military is looking for anti government protesters.<br /><br />Syrian military vehicles could be seen moving along the border near that village. The Red Cresent says 600 hundred people have fled the crackdown into Turkey.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Anita McNaught is there, in the Turkish village of Guvecci.
