Libyan opposition forces are reportedly mounting an offensive on Zlitan in the west of the country.<br /><br />Zlitan is just to the east of the capital Tripoli.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Andrew Simmons is in Misrata in the west and has the latest on the situation.
