The US Air Force has revealed that it has mishandled physical remains of some US service members at the Dover Air Force base.<br /><br />An 18-month investigation has concluded that there were serious allegations of improper handling, processing and transport of human remains of deceased personnel and military dependents.<br /><br />Three high ranking officers have been disciplined but not sacked ...even though the report has recommended that they be dismissed. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Kaelyn Forde reports.
