The United Nations Human Rights Committee has passed a resolution condemning ongoing violence in Syria. <br /><br />One hundred and twenty-two nations, including several Arab states voted in favour, calling for an end to the crackdown on protesters. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Cath Turner reports from New York.
