In post war Libya, getting money circulating again is a top priority.<br /><br />The European Union has released $97bn in frozen assets to Libya's interim government, but many workers still haven't been paid.<br /><br />The Libyan central bank says it is confident the money will get to the people but first the transitional government needs to come up with a budget.<br /><br />Libyans, who have little confidence in the interim government or the central bank, say they are angry at the slow pace of recovery.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Imran Khan reports from Tripoli.
