Protestors in Peru have marched hundreds of kilometres for nine days to reach Lima, the capital, to demand protection of their water sources.<br /><br />They say a gold mining project is threatening to change the area's ecosystem, which would affect the lives of thousands of people living in the highlands. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Mariana Sanchez reports from Lima.
