The deaths of 350 inmates in a Honduras prison fire have led to calls for reforms to the nation's penal system.<br /><br />With dozens of families still waiting at the Comayagua prison for word on their relatives, the UN has called for an independent investigation into the fire and action to prevent a recurrence. <br /><br />Teams from Central and South America have come to provide their expertise in an investigation that has overwhelmed the Honduran authorities.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Andy Gallacher reports from Comayagua.
