Serbia's incumbent president Boris Tadic looks set to face the right-wing opposition leader Tomislav Nikolic in a second round of presidential elections. <br /><br />Preliminary results show that Tadic's party has 26.8 per cent of the vote, compared to the opposition's 25.6 per cent. <br /><br />The outcome of the elections will help determine what Belgrade's position in Europe is likely to be over the coming years. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Harry Smith has the details.
