Thousands of people have sought refuge from fighting between Sudan and neighbouring South Sudan in overflowing camps on the border.<br /><br />Many refugees fleeing a conflict, which is mainly over disputed oil-rich land, walked for days without food or water. Some even died during the trip.<br /><br />With the rainy season approaching, aid agencies say conditions will likely get much worse for them and disease could spread quicker in the crowded camps. <br /><br />Al Jazeera's Anna Cavell reports from the Jamam refugee camp in South Sudan.
