Russia's Emergency Ministry says the death toll from a plane crash in northern Russia has risen to 44.<br /><br />The plane - operated by the private company RussAir - took off from Domodedovo airport in Moscow.<br /><br />But it crash-landed as it made its final approach into Petrozavodsk airport.<br /><br />Tarek Bazley has the details.
