Detectives made the arrest after a video of the encouraged fighting surfaced. The shocking video shows teachers telling children, "no pinching, only punching."<br /><br />According to the Dover Police Capt. Tim Stump daycare workers even made one of the kids continue fighting after he started crying and wanted to stop.<br /><br />Three employees; Tiana Harris (19), Estefania Myres (21) and Lisa Parker (47), were arrested and charged with assault, endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment and conspiracy. But honestly, we think it's for breaking the first rule of Fight Club: You DO NOT talk about Fight Club.<br /><br />Parents were rightfully furious about the video, and negligence of their children. Although police held a meeting to answer questions, they did not show the video to parents or the public because it is being held as evidence.
