The International Criminal Court in The Hague is considering a case against six high-profile Kenyans accused of crimes against humanity.<br /><br />Three of the six suspects accused of orchestrating deadly post-election violence in Kenya are set to appear before court on Thursday.<br /><br />Both the prosecution and defence will table their evidence ahead of a decision by the pre-trial chamber on whether to dismiss or confirm the cases.<br /><br />The individuals include William Ruto and Uhuru Kenyatta, two hopefuls in Kenya's next presidential election.<br /><br />The six are accused of various war crimes, including murder, forced deportations and rape during the 2008 post-election violence in which about 1,300 people were killed.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Catherine Soi reports from Nairobi.
