Heavy fighting has broken out near the town of Bani Walid, with National Transitional Council commanders saying they are close to capturing the town from Gaddafi loyalists.<br /><br />Reports say fighters have been engaged in street-to-street combat with pro-Gaddafi forces.<br /><br />Al Jazeera's Sue Turton reports from outside Bani Walid.
